Your job:
  Make calls to establish relationships and build your book of business from the ground up
  Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight
  Negotiate price with shippers and carriers
  Manage daily shipments, resolving issues, to ensure pickup and delivery is on time, 24/7/365

As the Digital Marketing Analyst for SRD 's recruiting department, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, managing, and measuring our recruitment marketing strategies to help attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will help build a competitive advantage in recruiting by enhancing our current career platforms and implementing emerging technology, tools, and sourcing strategies to strengthen SRD ’s brand as an employer of choice.

What you’ll be doing:
  Design a nation-wide marketing plan to create interest and awareness of careers at SRD, to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  Stay on the cutting-edge of recruitment marketing to provide recommendations of new strategies, technologies, or vendors we should explore.
  Identify new touch points within the recruiting lifecycle where recruitment marketing could help improve conversion rates, candidate experience, and hires.
  Build recruiting content for our social media platforms.
  Measure all initiatives and deliver results to recruiting leadership to evaluate ROI and pivot where necessary.
  Capitalize on branding opportunities with our recruiting vendors and partners, by getting SRD featured in blogs, articles, interviews, digital and print media.
  Create, update, and consistently enhance the content on our existing career pages – SRD JOBS, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, and university websites.
  Create and improve programs to engage current employees and company alumni to drive quality referrals.
  Help train and educate recruiters on social media best practices and how they can leverage content to attract top talent.

What you need:
  Bachelor’s degree
  2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
  Experience with SEO and paid media advertising.
  Experience with email platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
  Proven track record of creating and implementing strategies for a high growth company.
  Strong project management skills, with the ability to clearly report on results and meet deadlines.
  Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization and manage vendor partnerships effectively.

Not only will you help answer and resolve accounting related issues by phone and email, you will also have a strong talent of urgency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
